I undertake all kinds of Notarial work, I am happy to visit my clients’ premises if required and will make arrangements for evening and weekend appointments where necessary.
I deal with certification of copies, preparation and execution of documents for use abroad (for example Powers of Attorney) and make arrangements for legalisation (apostille) at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and Consulates, and any other work normally carried out by Notaries. I became a member of the Council of the Notaries Society in 2008.
I also operate as a consultant to the leisure industry having specialised in licensing (liquor/betting and gaming) for most of my practising life.
I advise on regulatory law – food safety, trading standards and all matters involving “due diligence” defences. |
